Artist’s Statement / Background
My pastel paintings both plein air and studio are representational images,
some impressionistic, others more tightly rendered. My subjects include
landscapes and portraits, and images from travels through the West
Coast, New York, Mexico, France, Spain, England, Ireland and Italy.
Terri has been painting in pastels since 1987. She is an award winning
pastel painter and teaches workshops both in her studio and en plein air.
Terri is featured in the December 2006 issue of The Pastel Journal.
